Honeywell’s 5853 Wireless Glassbreak Detector offers uncompromised perfor-mance and unmatched false alarm immunity. The FlexCoreTM signal proces-sor utilizes an Application Specific Inte-grated Circuit (ASIC) – processing sound data in parallel rather than se-quentially.
This permits sound frequency, duration and amplitude to be analyzed 50% faster to minimize false alarms while maintaining the highest possible level of detection.
The 5853 can be mounted on any wall or ceiling within a 25’ range, with no minimum range limitation. The LEDs in-dicate test mode, alarms and trouble conditions. It is compatible with all 5800 series wireless devices.
Duel Heat & Smoke Detector
Honeywell’s 5808W3 is a 3V lithium powered, pho-toelectronic smoke/heat detector with a built-in wireless transmitter. It is intended for use with any 5800 Series Wireless Receiver/Transceiver for resi-dential installations (for commercial installations, the 5881ENHC or the 5883H receiver is required).
The transmitter can send alarm, tamper, mainte-nance (when control panels are equipped to pro-cess maintenance signals), and battery condition messages to the system’s receiver. Smoothing algorithms minimize nuisance alarms by smoothing out short term spikes from dust and smoke – virtually eliminating nui-sance alarms.
Since there are no holes to drill or wires to run, you can preserve the beauty of the building while protecting it. The 5808W3 is an ideal smoke detector for those difficult to wire locations, applications where room aesthetics are critical, or where hazardous materials exist.
All models also feature a restorable, built-in, fixed temper-ature (135°F) thermal detector that is also capable of sensing a pre-freeze condition if the temperature is below 41°F
Duel Heat & Smoke Detector
The 5800CO is a 3V battery powered wireless carbon mon-oxide (CO) detector intended for use with Honeywell alarm systems that support 5800 Series wireless devices. It provides early warning when its electrochemical sensing technology measures carbon monoxide levels in the air. The 5800CO is specifically designed for system operation and is fully listed to UL 2075 as a system supervised detector.* It contains a piezoelectric horn which generates the ANSI S3.41 temporal 4 pattern in an alarm condition.
The detector consists of an electrochemical carbon mon-oxide sensor assembly coupled with a wireless transmitter. The transmitter can send alarm, trouble, end-of-life, tamper and low battery condi-tion messages to the alarm panel.

What is Carbon Monoxide and How Can it Harm Consumers?
Carbon monoxide (CO) is an odorless, colorless, tasteless and highly toxic gas that is produced when fuels such as wood, gasoline, charcoal and oil are burned with insufficient air. The majority of residential and commercial fatalities caused from these fuels come from heating systems, engine powered tools and charcoal grills. Carbon monoxide is harmful when inhaled because it displaces oxygen in the blood and deprives the heart, brain and other vital organs of oxygen. Large amounts of CO can overcome a person in minutes without warning—causing them to lose consciousness and suffocate.
The 5800CO is designed to warn the end-user well before the CO reaches a fatal level. The detector’s CO sensitivity is evaluated to UL 2034.
Introduer Detection System
